MIDAM SQUARE, a premium Korean self-service dining destination, will officially open on September 1, 2026, on the 13th floor of Mario Outlet Building 3.

MIDAM SQUARE brings together a diverse selection of Korean cuisine, including bibimbap, freshly cooked pot rice, grilled fish, and buckwheat noodles. 

By combining carefully prepared Korean dishes with a convenient self-service format, guests can select and enjoy meals that suit their individual tastes and dining needs.

Hanok Village Bibimbap specializes in Jeonju-style bibimbap, combining traditional flavors with a varied selection of ingredients. 

Its menu includes Traditional Jeonju-style Bibimbap, Fresh Beef Tartare Bibimbap, Sokcho-style Spicy Pollock Bibimbap, and Hot Stone Bibimbap.

Baeksang Sotbap specializes in freshly cooked Korean pot rice served with flavorful main ingredients. 

Menu selections include Pot Rice with Stone-Grilled Galbi and Bracken, Pot Rice with Spicy Stir-Fried Octopus, and Pot Rice with Eonyang-style Bulgogi.

Eohwajeong specializes in grilled fish set meals served with pot rice, stew, and Korean side dishes. 

The menu features grilled mackerel, grilled Spanish mackerel, grilled greenling, and soft tofu stew served with pot rice.

Seoriseori Myeonok specializes in Korean buckwheat noodles. 

Its menu includes Perilla Oil Buckwheat Noodles, Beef Tartare and Perilla Oil Buckwheat Noodles, Spicy Pollock Buckwheat Noodles, and Buckwheat Noodles in Icy Broth.
